VA5K 39th Annual Memorial Run
The VA5K Annual Memorial Run takes place at the Lebanon VA Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Now in its 39th year, the event is traditionally held on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Proceeds from the run are dedicated to supporting a Veterans Event.
Participants have several options for participation, including both onsite and virtual formats. The onsite events take place at 1700 S. Lincoln Avenue. For virtual participants, the Racejoy app is available to track distance, pace, and anticipated finish times, while providing virtual cheers throughout the activity. The virtual run may be completed at any time leading up to the main event date.
The event offers the following distances and categories:
- 5K (3.1 miles) onsite race
- 3.1 miles virtual race
- 1 mile onsite race
- Toddler Trot for younger participants
Registration for the onsite 5K and 1 mile events typically closes mid-May, while virtual registration remains open until the morning of the event.
