Event details
The Pirate 5K & 13.1 takes place on April 18, 2026, at Green Hills County Park in Raleigh, NC (9300 Deponie Dr, 27614). The race program includes two distances:
- 5K
- Half Marathon
All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The event has a course time limit of 3:00 hours. The organizer lists finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards as part of the event offerings.
Course and logistics
Both the 5K and the Half Marathon use out-and-back courses. The 5K route repeats an out-and-back section two times; the Half Marathon repeats an out-and-back section six times. The course surface is concrete. Parking is located at the playground on the north side of the park, and bathrooms are located by the playground.
