The Pirate 5K & 10K takes place on April 11, 2026, at Green Hills County Park in Raleigh, NC (9300 Deponie Dr, 27614). Distances offered:
- 5K
- 10K
All entrants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.
Course and logistics
The course is concrete and follows an out-and-back layout. The 5K route is completed two times; the 10K route is completed four times. Both races have a maximum time limit of 2:00 hours.
Parking is at the playground on the north side of the park. Restrooms are located by the playground.
Awards and other information
All finishers receive a themed finisher medal. A best costume award is given at the beginning of each race, and a group photo is taken at the start. The race earns points for the US Road Running Race Series and follows that series' awards and FAQ procedures. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
