Glory Run 5K - Fellowship Baptist Church, Clayton
The Glory Run 5K is a community run/walk held at Fellowship Baptist Church in Clayton, North Carolina on April 10, 2027. This is the fourth annual edition and is organized as a 5-kilometer timed event. Proceeds support the event's youth program and local outreach efforts.
Participants receive a race packet that includes a 5K bib with timing chip, a Locals’ Swag Bag, and an official Glory Run 5K T-shirt. Registrations open on December 1, 2026 and close on April 10, 2027; the registration fee is $30.00. Registering by April 3, 2027 guarantees a T-shirt.
The event program includes a post-race gathering with vendors and refreshments, door prizes, and an awards ceremony. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top male and female in each age group: 10 & under; 11-15; 16-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; and 80 & over.
Packet pickup is handled at Fellowship Baptist Church in the gym building during the two days immediately before and on the event date.
