Gobbler 5K, 10K, Half Marathon & Marathon : Des Moines, IA
This event takes place on November 14, 2026, at 2816 Shoreline Road, Des Moines, Iowa. It includes four race distances held on measured out and back courses. Packet pickup is available on race day and closes shortly before the race. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Bathrooms and parking are available near the start area. The course time limit for events is six hours.
Distances and fees
- 5K : registration fee $30
- 10K : registration fee $45
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles) : registration fee $65
- Marathon (26.2 miles) : registration fee $95
Course details: The 5K and 10K use a 3.11 mile out and back course; the 5K completes it once and the 10K twice. The Half Marathon and Marathon use a 3.28 mile out and back course; the Half Marathon completes it four times and the Marathon eight times. The event provides finisher medals and includes a best costume contest. Series points and awards are tracked for participants.
