Born to Run 5k - Des Moines
Born to Run 5k is scheduled for November 14, 2026 at Confluence Brewing Company in Des Moines, Iowa. The event includes a chip timed 5K race and a 1 Mile Fun Run on a scenic looped trail course that starts and finishes at the brewery location.

Registration opens on June 14, 2026 and closes on October 26, 2026. The published registration fee is $37. Day of registration is available at an increased cost. Family pricing is applied automatically for groups of four or more, with a $5 saving per entry.
Packet pickup is available at Pulse Life Advocates and at Confluence Brewing Company on race day. Walkers, running or jogging strollers, and leashed dogs are permitted on the course. All event proceeds benefit Marys Helping Hands, which provides clothing, diapers and wipes at no cost for a childs first two years.
