Event overview
The Medal Madness 5K & 10K takes place on March 14, 2026, at Green Hills County Park in Raleigh, NC (9300 Deponie Dr, 27614). The event offers two distance options and awards a themed finisher medal to all finishers. The race earns points for the US Road Running Race Series.

The course is concrete and set up as an out-and-back. The 5K completes the course two times and the 10K completes the course four times. Both distances have a two-hour time limit.
Registration and logistics
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Parking and bathrooms are located by the playground on the north side of the park. A group photo is taken at the start of each race, and a best-costume award is given at the beginning of the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
