The Medal Madness event in Charlotte, North Carolina takes place on September 5, 2026, at Marion Diehl Park, 2229 Tyvola Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210. The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1M)
All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. The start line is next to Marion Diehl Adaptive Field.
Course and logistics
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course; the 5K completes the route once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon uses an out-and-back course repeated four times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
