Bump n' Run 5K and MRO Fest : Charlotte Motor Speedway
The Bump n' Run 5K and MRO Fest is a single-evening event on September 23, 2026, held at Charlotte Motor Speedway, 5555 Concord Pkwy S, Concord, NC. The course uses the ROVAL with a fully closed route. The route begins on Pit Road, goes through the infield road course and banked turns, and finishes at the track finish line.
The event accepts registered runners, walkers, skaters, strollers, and handcycles. A skate sub-event starts five minutes ahead of other race categories and is allowed one lap around the track. Only registered participants are permitted on the track at any time.
A frontstretch festival follows the 5K on the frontstretch grass. Festival features include awards, food trucks, live music with Colony House as a special guest, and fireworks. Spectators and non-racing guests must purchase a festival-only ticket to access the venue and the post-race festival; ages six and under are free for the festival-only option.
Ticketing includes combined 5K and festival options and separate festival-only tickets, along with stroller and wheelchair/handcycle registration categories. Registration policies note that there are no refunds unless participants purchased Refund Protection, and race management may cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions.
