Bump n' Run 5K and MRO Fest
The Bump n' Run 5K and MRO Fest is an event held at Charlotte Motor Speedway on September 23, 2026, organized by Motor Racing Outreach. The course uses the ROVAL with a fully closed layout that includes Pit Road, the infield road course, and the banked turns, and it finishes at the main finish line used for racing events.
Registered options include runners, walkers, skaters, strollers, and wheelchair or handcycle participants. The skate category starts slightly ahead of the other race categories and is limited to one lap. Registered participants receive a bib, event T-shirt, and medal. Only registered participants are allowed on the track.
A frontstretch festival follows the event on the frontstretch grassy area and includes awards, food trucks, live music with Colony House as a featured guest, and fireworks. Spectators and guests who wish to access the venue and festival must purchase a festival-only ticket through registration; festival-only tickets provide access to the concert, food trucks, and fireworks but do not permit track participation or include participant items.
