Bump n' Run 5K and MRO Fest
The Bump n' Run 5K and MRO Fest is scheduled for September 23, 2026 at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina. The event uses the speedway's ROVAL as a fully closed course with access to Pit Road, the infield road course, banked turns, Victory Lane, and the main finish line.
Registered entries include categories for runners, walkers, skaters, stroller participants, wheelchair and handcycle competitors. The skate sub-event will start five minutes ahead of the other race categories and is limited to one lap around the track. Only registered participants are permitted on the track at any time.
Following the 5K, the MRO FEST on the frontstretch grass includes awards, a selection of food trucks, live music headlined by Colony House, and a fireworks display to close the night. Festival access is ticketed separately from race entry; spectators must purchase a festival-only ticket to access the venue and post-race activities.
Registration policies state there are no refunds unless the entrant enrolled in the Refund Protection Program. Race management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions, and registration fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to Acts of God.
