Race Overview
The Luau 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon takes place on May 2, 2026, in Ocala, Florida. The event starts and finishes at the Baseline Road Trailhead.
Distances
The event offers three distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
Course Details
All races take place on a paved course. The 5K and 10K share a common 3.11-mile out-and-back loop. The 5K is completed by running this loop once. The 10K is completed by running the loop twice. The Half Marathon uses a separate 3.28-mile out-and-back loop, which participants run four times to complete the distance. There is an overall course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Facilities and Registration
Bathrooms are available near the playground. All participants must register online in advance via RunSignup; there is no on-site registration available on the day of the event.
Awards and Series
The event is part of the US Road Running series, where participants can earn series points. Finisher medals are awarded, and there is a separate "Best Costume" category.
