Race Overview
The US Road Running event in Jacksonville takes place at Ed Austin Regional Park, with the race setup located next to the skatepark. The course consists of asphalt or concrete surfaces, and approximately half of the route is shaded. Participants can park in the main area or use overflow parking located at the back of the facility near the soccer fields. All participants must complete registration online in advance, as there is no registration available on the day of the event.
Course Information
The event features out-and-back routes designed for various distances. The course time limit for all participants is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
- 5K: This distance follows a 1.56-mile out-and-back loop, which runners complete two times.
- 10K: This distance follows the 1.56-mile out-and-back loop, which runners complete four times.
- 13.1 Miles: The half marathon follows a 2.18-mile out-and-back loop, which runners complete six times.
Participation Details
Packet pickup is conducted on-site shortly before the scheduled start. Because other running groups may be utilizing the park simultaneously, participants are advised to locate the specific US Road Running staging area near the skatepark.
