9/11 Heroes Run - Jacksonville, Florida
The 9/11 Heroes Run in Jacksonville Beach is a community remembrance event held at Jacksonville Beach Seawalk Pavilion, 75 1st Street North, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250, United States. The event honors the heroes of 9/11 and those who have served since, and aims to activate and unite communities while supporting local veterans, active duty service members, first responders, and families of the fallen.
The event program includes running and rucking divisions and a volunteer option. Rucking is described as walking or running while carrying a weighted rucksack, a practice based on special forces training. Team Military Fitness partners with GORUCK for rucking divisions, and participants registered in the GORUCK division receive the event's exclusive TMF GORUCK patch.

For the 5K Ruck the registration period begins 24 June 2026 and closes 30 June 2026 with a fee of $41.00. Volunteer registration opens 31 July 2026 and closes 11 September 2026; volunteer participation has no fee.
