Event details
The Medal Madness event takes place on December 5, 2026, at Ben Geren Regional Park, 7200 Zero St, Fort Smith, AR 72903. The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1M)
All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration.
Course and logistics
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course described as a 0.78 mile section; the 5K repeats that course two times and the 10K repeats it four times. The Half Marathon uses an out-and-back course described as a 1.09 mile section; the Half Marathon repeats that course six times. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Parking is directed to the lot across from the playground. The event offers finisher medals and has a shirt and gear shop, a best costume feature, series points, and awards.
