About the race
Haunted 5K & 10K at Fort Smith, AR is a local road race held on 10/17/2026 at 7200 Zero St, Fort Smith, AR 72903, United States. The event is organized by US Road Running and offers community-focused, small-scale race-day operations with official results and finisher medals.
Two distances are available:
- 5K registration fee $30
- 10K registration fee $45
Registration opened 12/30/2020 and closes 10/17/2026. Race operations emphasize a clear course layout and a small staff presence. Organizers note that EMS is not stationed on site and that water stations are limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish. Participants are advised to plan for weather and to bring any items they may want between laps. Results are provided after the race and staff are available for assistance during the event.
The event description reflects a low-pressure, locally run format: modest staff levels, on-course support concentrated at lap ends and the finish, and formal race results and medals. The tone and logistics indicate an organized local road race rather than a large festival-style event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
