Trifarm 10k Autumn trail run
The event takes place on 09 Sep 2026 and is event 2 of 4 in the Trifarm seasonal trail series for 2026. The course is reported as more than 95 percent off road, using public footpaths and bridleways. The TRA permit is listed as 7415 (TBC).
The distance is 10 km. The route begins with a three quarter lap loop of the Trifarm running track and then follows a clockwise loop after the first kilometre, finishing on the west side of the humpback bridge by the public footpath fingerpost. The route is described as the reverse of the summer course. Organisers note the run starts at sunset and participants may finish in darkness, and they suggest carrying a phone and a headtorch.
Registration is in or near the Trifarm buildings and a start list will be emailed a few days beforehand with race number and registration details. A route narrative will be available to download from the organiser's website the week before the race. Bottled water is provided at registration and there is a refill tap near the finish by the bicycle rack. There are no water stations or marshals on course; a tail walker will sweep the route. Race numbers must be worn on the front, unfolded, since manual timing may be used.
Parking is available on site. Food and hot drinks are available for purchase at the venue. Points are allocated to the top 15 male and female finishers toward the 2026 championship with a bonus point for breaking the course record, and trophies are awarded to title winners. Current clockwise 10k course records are listed as 39m05s and 49m04s set in 2024.
A £2 fee applies for entrants who are not affiliated to England Athletics or Trail Runners Association. Total places are 50. Pricing moves from £9 to £10 and then to £11 as listed by the organiser. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
