Stort30 Ultra

The Stort30 Ultra is a scenic 30-mile ultra marathon held on the border of Hertfordshire and Essex, starting and finishing at the Hockerill Sports and Social Club in Bishop's Stortford. The course follows a flat, fast out-and-back route along the River Stort and Lee navigation, primarily on grassy trails and graded footpaths, with some potentially muddy riverside sections. Runners cover 15 miles out before turning back, with checkpoints approximately every 5 miles offering refreshments including vegan and gluten-free options.
