Course, support and logistics
The trails run through parts of the 2,500-acre preserve, including old growth forest, oak hammocks, river frontage and salt marshes. There are two aid stations: one at the start/finish and one at the Martin Dairy Road access, about 2.6 miles into the loop. After Aid Station #2, participants are self-sufficient for about 5 miles until returning to the loop finish. Drop bags are allowed at the start/finish and are accessible after each loop.
Packet pickup is at the pavilion near the start/finish on Friday (2:00 pm to 6:00 pm) and on race day. Parking is available at the start/finish area. All participants receive a long sleeve race shirt and a distance-specific finisher medal, plus access to the post-race food and drinks. Awards will be given by overall, masters, and top 10 for each distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
