St. Patrick's Day Shamrock 'n Roll Beach 5K and Paws 2K
This event takes place on March 14, 2026 at the Flagler Ave Boardwalk beach area, 101 Buenos Aires Street, New Smyrna Beach, FL. It includes two separate runs on the sand: a human 5K and a 2K where owners run or walk with leashed dogs.

- 5K humans only, chip timed.
- 2K leashed dogs with owner, not chip timed.
The course starts and finishes on the beach in front of the boardwalk. Sand conditions may vary between soft, wet, or hard packed; high tide is expected near the event start so wet sand is likely. Packet pickup and day of registration are available near the start area.
Dog rules apply to the 2K only. Dogs must be leashed and well behaved, a veterinarian will be on site, poop bags will be provided, and a dog water station will be available though bringing water is recommended. A bib is required for any dog on beach sand. Costume prizes are awarded for the 2K.
Shirts are guaranteed only for the first 350 registrations and quantities and sizes are not guaranteed for day of registrations. Registration fees are non refundable. Amenities listed for participants include a race shirt for early registrants, a finisher medal for both events, water stops on the 5K course, chip timing for the 5K, and free professional race photos. An after race celebration at Flagler Tavern includes participant Tavern Bucks and stage recognition for top finishers and age group placings.
