Leprechaun Run
The Leprechaun Run takes place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at American Legion Post 127, 109 Cassadaga Road, Lake Helen, FL 32744. The event is organized by the American Legion Post 127 and is intended to raise funds for race amenities and to support local military veterans and their families.
Event distances and entries:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 5K Youth Registration (open to ages 18 and under)
All finishers receive a finisher medal. Registered runners will receive a custom event logo T-shirt; sizes are not guaranteed for registrations received after February 15. The race is organized as a fun run: there is no chip timing and awards will be given to the top three male and top three female finishers. A separate kids run is included and all participating children receive a ribbon.
Packet pick-up dates are to be determined; the packet pick-up location is American Legion Post 127. Parking is available at Ivy Hawn Charter School, 565 S. Lakeview Dr. #110, Lake Helen, FL 32744. Entry fees change by registration period; adult fees range from $20 to $35 and student fees (17 and under) range from $15 to $25. Free pancakes and beer are provided to participants after the race; beer is for those of legal drinking age. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
