Townsend 15K and 7K : Townsend, Tennessee
The event offers in-person and virtual options, with on-site race headquarters at Peaceful Side Social, 7967 E Lamar Alexander Pkwy, Townsend, TN. The in-person program includes two measured courses that use back-country roads near the Little River.

The 15K course starts and finishes at Peaceful Side Social and runs on rural roads near the Little River; the course closes after 2.5 hours. The 7K follows the same back-country roads as the 15K but is a loop without the out-and-back section. A staffed water stop is on the course twice for the 15K and once for the 7K; Gatorade and energy gel (Gu) are provided.
Packet pickup occurs on race day at Peaceful Side Social. A gender-specific long-sleeve BOUND Running race shirt is offered; participants registering after June 3 receive shirts only while supplies last. One shirt per participant, no re-orders. A no-shirt option is available with a fee reduction.
Entry fees follow tiered pricing and the organizer enforces a no refunds and no transfers policy. Awards are given to top overall finishers by gender and open categories, masters, grandmasters, senior grandmasters, top age-group finishers, and top Clydesdale and Athena finishers. Post-race food will be provided and additional food and drinks will be available for purchase at the Abbey. Strollers, roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the course.
