Miles 4 Maryville 10K, 5K & 1 Mile Run/Walk

The event offers in-person and virtual options at Maryville High School and around the local area. Both the 10K and 5K are single loop courses that travel on area roads, greenway, and sidewalks and include some rolling hills and flat sections. The 10K is restricted to runners only; the 5K and 1 Mile allow running or walking. Virtual 10K and 5K options let participants run or walk on their own and submit results; virtual entries are not scored for awards and must pick up T-shirts at packet pick-up windows rather than receiving them by mail. Results for virtual entries must be submitted before 9/20 as stated by the organizer.

Packet pick-up occurs on October 15 and October 16 at Cross Fit Pistol Creek and Maryville High School. T-shirts are guaranteed for in-person registrations completed by noon on October 1. Awards and cash prizes are offered for overall and Masters categories in the 10K and 5K, with specified prize amounts for top finishers and age-category winners. Aid and water stations are provided on course and at the finish. Bicycles, roller blades, and pets are prohibited; the use of headphones and baby strollers is discouraged and is at participants' own risk. Parents of young children are advised to run with their kids.
