Miles 4 Maryville 10K, 5K & 1 Mile Run/Walk
The event takes place at Maryville High School in Maryville, Tennessee and includes both in-person and virtual options. Distances offered include:
- 10K single loop, runners only, finishes on Shields Stadium 50 yard line
- 5K single loop, finishes on Shields Stadium 50 yard line
- 1 Mile run or walk, unscored
- Virtual 10K run or walk, submit results before 9/20
- Virtual 5K run or walk, submit results before 9/20
Both the 10K and 5K use a single loop course that travels on area roads, greenway, and sidewalks and features some rolling hills and faster flat sections. The 10K is restricted to runners only. Virtual events are not scored for awards and virtual participants are responsible for local T shirt pick up; T shirts are not mailed.
Packet pick up is available on October 15 and 16 at Cross Fit Pistol Creek and Maryville High School. High quality T shirts are guaranteed for in-person registrants who register by noon on October 1.
Cash prizes are listed for 5K and 10K overall finishers and for Masters and Grand Masters categories. Aid and water stations will be provided on course and at the finish. Bicycles, roller blades, and pets are prohibited. The use of headphones and baby strollers is discouraged and is at participants own risk. Timing bibs must be worn on the front and not altered; safety pins are provided at packet pick up. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
