The course is described as fast and flat. Race services include on-course hydration, a cooling zone with ice-cold towels, and beer available at the finish. A post-race celebration takes place at the finish area.
Swag for participants includes a custom tech tank, a custom finisher medal, and distance-specific bibs. Run Project also offers a Half Finisher Medallion program in which participants collect a die-cast medallion after completing multiple half marathons in the series.
Packet pickup is scheduled between September 8 and September 12 at local locations and at the race venue: Fort Worth Running Company, Dallas Running Company (Southlake and Plano locations), and Norbuck Park. Course maps, USATF-certified maps, interactive route files, and a parking map are provided for planning and review.
Awards are given for 1st to 3rd overall male and female, 1st overall masters male and female, and top three in standard age-group categories; awards must be claimed in person.
