Registration Details
Participants can register for one of four categories:

A youth discount of $5 is offered for participants aged 8 and under. A senior discount of $5 is offered for participants aged 65 and over. A group discount of $5 per person is offered for groups of four or more registering in the same transaction. These discounts are automatically applied at checkout and do not apply to the virtual run option.
Pricing operates on a tiered system that increases as the event date approaches. Base prices listed range from $34 for an early-bird 5K to $119 for a last-minute Half Marathon. These prices do not include taxes and fees.
Participant Benefits
Registered participants receive several items:
- A custom technical tank top (or a technical shirt for virtual runners).
- A custom finisher medal.
- A custom race bib (customizable for virtual runners).
The event features an after-party with music, a beer garden for those over 21, and hydration stations with gels available on the half marathon course. Other amenities include bag check, half marathon pace groups, and a largest team contest.
A special Run Project Half Finisher Medallion is awarded to participants who complete any five of the organizer's half marathons.
Logistics
Packet pickup is available on several days leading up to the event at various running company locations in Fort Worth, Southlake, and Plano. Pickup is also available at Norbuck Park on the Friday before and the morning of the race.
For 2026, the event date has shifted to a new weekend due to city preparations for the FIFA World Cup being hosted in North Texas.
Virtual run participants can complete their run anywhere between July 11, 2026, and October 17, 2026. Their participant packets will be shipped starting the week of July 13, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
