Event overview
The Arlington Turkey Trot 2026 is a community running event on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026, held at Choctaw Stadium, 1000 Ballpark Way, Arlington, TX 76011. It includes a 5K run/walk and a 1-mile fun run/walk. The event is part of the Arlington Marathon Series and is presented by the One Step Foundation with support from Arlington Marathon Inc. Race registration supports the One Step Foundation and the Miracle League of Arlington.
Registration, awards and logistics
Registration pricing varies by date:
- By Sept 29: 1 Mile $30, 5K $35
- By Nov 1: 1 Mile $35, 5K $40
- By Nov 25 / Packet Pickup: 1 Mile $40, 5K $45
- Race Day (Nov 26): 1 Mile $45, 5K $50
All registered participants receive a long-sleeve technical performance shirt, a custom finisher medal, a personalized race bib if registered early, chip-timed results by Cox Racing Services, and free parking at the race site. Shirt sizes are not guaranteed after November 21; youth sizes and 2XL/3XL are only guaranteed through pre-registration. Packets will not be mailed. Early packet pickup is at The Runner Shop - Arlington, 3535 W Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington, TX 76013, with additional pickup on race day at Choctaw Stadium.
5K awards are given three deep per category for overall male and female, masters male and female, and multiple age groups beginning at 12 & under through 85+. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
