Too Cold To Hold - Event
The Too Cold To Hold race takes place on January 31, 2026, at Norbuck Park near White Rock Lake in Dallas, TX. The event offers multiple distance options:

- Virtual Run
The courses are USATF certified. Run Project pacers will provide half-marathon pace groups at 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45, 3:00, 3:15, 3:30, and 3:45.
Logistics, awards and included items
Registered participants receive a long sleeve tech shirt, a custom finisher medal, and a race-specific bib. On-course support for the half marathon includes hydration and gels. The event lists free bag check and free parking, with VIP parking available for purchase. An after-party and a beer garden (21 and older) are part of the event offerings.
Packet pickup is scheduled on multiple days in the week before the race at local running stores and at Norbuck Park; Saturday pickup is available at the race venue. Virtual runners may upload results between January 31, 2026 and May 30, 2026; virtual packets begin shipping the week of February 2, 2026. Awards are given to top overall and masters finishers and to top three finishers in many age groups; winners must be present to claim awards.
