Event details
The Titletown Turkey Trot, Presented by DOE takes place on Thursday, November 27, 2025 in Danville, KY at Rebel Stadium (Boyle County High School), 1637 Perryville Road. The event includes two distances:
- 5K
- 1 Mile Gobble Wobble
Entry fees listed are $35 for the 5K and $32.50 for the 1 Mile; prices increase after November 25, 2025. The 5K is chip timed and will include overall and age-group awards. All finishers receive a long sleeve race shirt and a commemorative finisher medal.
Logistics and race features
The course uses a closed route on paved trail surfaces, beginning on the high school turf field and running through Millennium Park and adjacent fairgrounds. Start and finish lines are located on the Boyle County High School football field. Packet pick-up and late registration are available the day before at Danville Bike and Footwear (417 W Main St, Danville) and on race day at Rebel Stadium. Parking is at Boyle County High School, 1637 Perryville Road.
Additional features listed include free race photos, an awards ceremony with medals for top finishers and age groups (0-9 through 80+), a Thanksgiving-themed photo area, on-site food and coffee, and family activities such as a bounce house (weather permitting) and free popcorn and cotton candy.
