Event details
The Holiday Run & Walk For Toys takes place on Sunday, December 14, 2025, in Stratford, CT at 10 Washington Parkway, Point no Point. The event is limited to 250 participants and is organized as a family-friendly holiday event that will collect new, unwrapped toys suitable for ages 1 to 16. Funds raised will go to a 501(c)(3) charity to be determined.

- 5 km (3.11 miles) - Holiday 5K Run/Walk, open to ages 19 and over
- 5 km (3.11 miles) - Holiday 5K Run, open to ages 1 to 18
- 0.1 mile - Tykes for Toys Fun Run, open to ages 1 to 10
Logistics and extras
The 5K course is an out-and-back route in the Lordship section of Stratford that runs along the water and is described as flat and scenic. Awards and prizes will be given to male and female champions and to age-group finishers across multiple age brackets. A pair of novelty "Joliday Socks" will be provided to participants; additional shirts are available for purchase online through December 4 for $12, and may be sold at bib pickup for $15 cash if available.
On-site provisions include snacks, hot beverages, and nonalcoholic craft beer samples; organizers note the event may be shortened if road or weather conditions require changes for safety.
