The Milford Turkey Trot is a charity fun run/walk held in Milford, Connecticut on November 26, 2026. The event is the 6th annual edition. Distances offered include:
- 3 miles (main loop)
- 2 miles (out-and-back to Gulf Beach)
- 1 mile (short out-and-back)

Course and logistics
The event starts at Fowler Pavilion (1 Shipyard Lane, behind the library). The main route follows Shipyard Lane, Gulf Street past Gulf Beach, Calf Pen Meadow, Buckingham Avenue and New Haven Avenue before returning to Shipyard Lane. All routes are on sidewalks. Roads will not be closed for the event and participants must follow street laws. Strollers, children and leashed pets are allowed on the marked routes.
Charity, registration and safety
The event is volunteer run. The organizer states that 100% of event proceeds and website donations will go to local Milford charities: Milford Public Schools, Purple Pantry Boxes and Avery's Little Army. Total money raised to date is listed as $159,000 with yearly amounts provided for 2021–2025. Entry fees and donations are non-refundable. Early packet pickup is planned in the days before the event, with a packet pickup location on event day listed as Turkey Trot HQ at 31 Wilbar Ave. Hand sanitizer will be available and participants may be asked to follow public health directions from state or local authorities.
