Course and logistics
Routes begin and end at James Park (Gulf Street and New Haven Avenue) and use Milford sidewalks; no roads will be closed and participants are required to follow all street laws. The main route is a roughly 3+ mile loop that passes Gulf Beach, turns near Calf Pen Meadow onto Buckingham Avenue, and returns on New Haven Avenue. Two shorter out-and-back options are clearly marked toward Gulf Beach. Early packet pickup is planned on dates before the event at local locations including Dick's Sporting Goods in Milford and at Turkey Trot headquarters (31 Wilbar Ave). The event plans wave starts by route length and speed, will not offer on-site registration, and may be altered to virtual if required by health authorities.
