Registration & Logistics
Registration is open to runners aged 15 and over on race day. There is a fee per race, with a discount offered for entering all three series races together. A donation from each entry goes to a local charity. Entry transfers are available until May 6, 2026. Refunds and deferrals are not available.

The Race HQ is the Marina Centre on Marine Parade. The start and finish area is near the Sea Life Centre, a short walk from the HQ. Free on-street parking is available after 6pm, with additional car parks along the seafront. Toilet facilities are available. There is an unmanned bag drop area in the sports hall, and lockers are available at the leisure centre.
Timing & Safety
The event uses chip timing. For safety, all runners must write their name, emergency contact, and medical details on the back of their race number. Headphones, including bone-conduction types, are not permitted. Medical support is provided on site.
Awards
All finishers receive a medal. For the 2026 series, these are interlocking medals designed to form a complete set across the three races. Trophies are awarded to the top two male and female finishers. Additional age category awards and team prizes are also presented. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
