Bungay Black Dog Summer Series 10 km - Race 1
The Bungay Black Dog Summer Series takes place in Ditchingham, featuring a course that primarily utilizes scenic country lanes. The event begins and ends at the training ground located on Pirnhow Street. This specific event is the first race in a larger summer series held in the region.
Participants follow a route that is conducted mostly on roads. The final section of the course transitions to a hard-wearing path that leads runners back onto the field for the finish. Registration options are available for individual races or as a complete series entry.

The event maintains strict safety regulations regarding equipment. No headphones or earbuds, including bone conducting varieties, are permitted during the race. Use of these devices results in disqualification. Parking facilities are situated at the race headquarters, which is located close to the start and finish lines. Due to this proximity, a formal bag drop service is not provided.
Participants have the option to receive a medal upon completing the race. The event does not permit dogs on the site, with the exception of assistance dogs. Entry transfers to other runners are permitted until a specified deadline shortly before the race date, though entries remain non-refundable.
