The Crunchwrap Crawl, 50K's of regret!
The Crunchwrap Crawl is a running event in Kennewick, WA, based at 3623 Plaza Way. The event offers two course options: one listed as 50K and another listed as 42 miles (the 8th Taco Bell!).
Participants must visit each Taco Bell on their chosen course and walk into every restaurant. No drive-thru use is allowed. Entrants must purchase and eat at least one menu item at each Taco Bell stop; food may be carried and eaten along the route. By the finish all entrants must have consumed at least one Chalupa Supreme or one Crunchwrap Supreme and at least one Burrito Supreme or one Nachos Bell Grande. Drinks do not count as food.
Additional requirements include keeping receipts, wrappers, or photos of the food for verification and providing GPS evidence that the full route was covered. Course cutting is not allowed and the route is shared by all entrants for safety. Runners are expected to follow rules of the road and other safety guidance. Finishers must complete the course within 11 hours. Dietary restrictions may be accommodated if approved before race day.
Optional, informal challenges include the Close the Loop Challenge, the Diablo Challenge, and the Baja Blast Challenge; these confer informal titles or bragging rights only. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
