The Crunchwrap Crawl
The Crunchwrap Crawl is a restaurant loop ultramarathon held on November 7, 2026 in Kennewick, WA, starting from 3623 Plaza Way. The course is roughly 42 Miles (50K) and offers two route options that visit either seven or eight local Taco Bell restaurants.
Entrants must follow a set list of rules to record an official finish. No menu items may be purchased before the race starts; ordering begins when the race clock begins. Runners must enter each restaurant on the course rather than use the drive through, and must eat an entire Taco Bell menu item at every Taco Bell stop. Eating may continue while moving but littering is not allowed. Some stops are at other restaurants such as Long John Silver’s or KFC; only Taco Bell menu items count.
By the finish each entrant must have consumed at least one Chalupa Supreme or one Crunchwrap Supreme and at least one Burrito Supreme or one Nachos Bell Grande. Entrants must keep receipts, wrappers, or photos and present them for confirmation, and must provide GPS proof that they covered the route. Drinks do not count as food. Finishers must complete the course within 11 hours. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated if approved before race day.
Several optional challenges exist for bragging rights only, including running back to the start and eating there, using Diablo sauce on items, or consuming an aggregate two liters of Baja Blast. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
