Chamna Chase - Richland, WA
Chamna Chase is a trail running event at Chamna Natural Preserve in Richland, WA, scheduled for October 24, 2026. The event is organized by Nomad Trail Runners and is based at 1200 Carrier Rd. Registration closes October 19.
Available race distances:
- 1/2 Marathon: double out and back with a central loop.
- 10K: follows the first out and back and the half marathon loop.
- 6K: single large loop on trail.
The courses use as much dirt trail as possible, with some sections of pavement on the half marathon and 10K. Trails may include occasional rocks. The course will be marked with fluorescent tape, and course maps will be emailed to entrants before race day.
Race T-shirts are offered for purchase; ordering by September 15 ensures time for printing. Awards and snacks will be available for entrants after the event. Halloween costumes are strongly encouraged and costume prizes may be awarded. Dogs are allowed on course when kept on a leash. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
