Event Overview
The Run for Donuts takes place at Mill Creek Park on Broadway Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri. Organized by The Best Races, this event is a small, private group run that emphasizes a stress-free environment for participants of all ages and abilities. Participants can choose between several road running distances and are provided with donuts at the finish line.
The run is structured into multiple waves to ensure a small group setting. Because these waves have a participant cap, registration is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. If the in-person waves reach capacity, a virtual run option is available which includes a training pack with digital tools.

Logistics and Swag
This event does not use timing chips or require a formal packet pickup process. Timing is optional; runners may track their own progress using personal devices or ask on-site coordinators for assistance. Results and certificates of completion are later posted online.
Registration includes several items for participants. A running t-shirt is shipped directly to the participant's US address, typically arriving during the week of the race. Additional swag provided includes a finisher's medal and a finisher's towel or similar giveaway item. Race bibs are distributed on-site on the day of the event.
