Event Overview
The Lunar New Year Run is a private group run organized by The Best Races, taking place on February 7, 2026, along Riverwalk in Bradenton, Florida. It is described as a smaller, stress-free event with capped participant numbers per wave. A virtual run option is also available.

Event Details
The run welcomes all paces and ages, with participants under 18 requiring a guardian. It is not a timed race in the traditional sense; there are no timing chips. Runners may optionally track their own time using an app and submit it online, or ask coordinators for assistance. The event has multiple start waves, labeled Wave A at 7:30 AM, Wave B at 8:00 AM, and Wave C at 8:30 AM.
Participant Benefits
Registration includes a swag bag with a running t-shirt (shipped within the US), a finisher's medal, and a finisher's towel or other giveaway. A digital training pack and an invitation to join a local run club are also provided. An optional upgrade to a technical running shirt is available.
Logistics
Packet pickup is not required, as race bibs are provided on the day of the event. The event's swag, including the t-shirt, is shipped to the participant's address the week of the race.
