Run Together Against Breast Cancer SAN ANTONIO is scheduled for February 27, 2027, at Olmos Basin Park, Devine Road, San Antonio, TX. The event is organized to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer and offers both in person and virtual participation options.

The event uses capped waves to limit field size and also provides a virtual run option. Timing is optional; participants may track their own time with common apps and submit results for posting. There are no timing chips. Participant information and course maps are sent to registrants by the Wednesday before the race.
Swag and completion items for participants include a running T shirt shipped within the U.S., a finisher's medal, a virtual training run delivered by email, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to join a local running club. A lightweight technical shirt upgrade is available for an additional five dollars. Shirts are mailed to registrants and race bibs are handed out on race day.
