Texas Tough Turkey Chase 5k/10k and Kids Run - San Antonio
The Texas Tough Turkey Chase is scheduled for Thursday, November 26, 2026, in the Dominion neighborhood of San Antonio. The event starts and finishes at the Dominion neighborhood address: 8 Dominion Dr bldg 100, San Antonio, TX 78257.

All 5k and 10k participants will be officially chip timed by IAAP. Course maps are provided in the event FAQ. Packet pick up is offered both before the event at a local store called Irun at 22211 IH 10 West #1107A and on race day at the Dominion neighborhood location; sizes for pre-registered shirts are distributed at packet pick up and later registrants receive available sizes.
Medals are planned for pre-registered participants with a limit tied to the first 500 planned medal recipients; participants registering after that number may not receive a medal. A limited field size is noted and registration may close when capacity reaches approximately 800 runners. Portable restrooms will be on site and light snacks such as fruit and coffee will be available. Age group winners receive a full pie. A DJ and announcer will provide event audio. The organizer offers a refund policy that allows refunds minus fees if requested more than 30 days before the event and a transfer to the virtual option within 29 days of the event with packet shipping.
