Logistics and services
Packet pick up is offered at a local running store (Irun @ Dominion) and at the Dominion neighborhood on race day. All 5k and 10k participants will be officially chip timed by IAAP. Participants who pre-register at least five days before the event are eligible to receive their selected shirt size at packet pick up; late registrants will receive available sizes only. Organizers plan to provide medals for pre-registered runners up to a planned quantity of 500; medals for registrations after that number are not guaranteed. A virtual race option ships the race packet to remote participants; virtual registration for these events closes on November 22, 2026. The event limits total entries and is expected to sell out at 800 runners. Age-group winners receive a full pie. Portable restrooms and light post-race snacks are listed as available.
