Bulverde Turkey Trot
The 6th Annual Bulverde Turkey Trot takes place on November 26, 2026 in Bulverde, Texas at 29815 Old Bulverde Rd. The event coincides with America's 250th Anniversary and is organized as a community Thanksgiving morning run with in-person and virtual options.
The event includes multiple distance options:
- 5k run : 3.1 Miles
- Kids Run (12 & Under) : 0.33 Miles
- Virtual Turkey Trot : participant maps own route
Registration windows and fees vary by event. Registration opens June 18, 2026. Registration closes are listed per event, with the in-person runs closing September 8, 2026 and the virtual option closing November 24, 2026. Registration fees in 2026 are $35 for the 5k, $25 for the kids run, and $20 for the virtual event. A T-shirt is included for the 5k and kids run if registration is completed by November 9, 2026. Medals, ribbons, and custom finisher medals may be awarded, and age-based awards are given in 10-year categories.
