Oktoberfest Run 5K/10K/13.1 MEMPHIS
This is an Oktoberfest themed fun run held at Riverwalk in Memphis on September 26, 2026. The event is organized as a smaller, private group run with participant caps per wave; waves are filled on a first come, first serve basis and a virtual option or wait list is available when waves sell out.
Distances offered include:
- 5K
- 10K
- 13.1 (half marathon)
- Virtual run
- Family 1 Mile Fun Run
Timing is optional and no timing chips are used. Participants may track results with common running apps such as Strava, RunKeeper, or Nike Run and submit times for posting. Race bibs are provided on race day. Packet pickup is not required because race shirts and some swag are shipped to the US mailing address provided at registration.
Finisher items and materials listed for participants include a running T-shirt shipped to the provided US address, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to join local running clubs. A technical running shirt is available as an optional upgrade for an additional fee. Fundraising is optional and organizers state that $1 will be donated to a partner charity for each mile logged after the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
