Oktoberfest Run 5K/10K/13.1 MEMPHIS : Event description
The event is an Oktoberfest-themed running event at Riverwalk in Memphis, Tennessee on September 26, 2026. It is organised as a smaller, wave-based group run with a cap per wave; waves are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and a virtual run option is available.
Distances offered include:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half-marathon (13.1)
- Virtual Run
- Family 1 Mile Fun Run
Timing is optional and there are no timing chips. Participants may track time with personal apps (for example Strava or RunKeeper) and submit results via an online form, or request assistance from on-site coordinators for timekeeping. Race bibs are provided on race day.
Swag and finish items are provided. Items listed include a running T-shirt shipped to the registrant’s US mailing address, an optional technical running shirt upgrade for an additional fee, a finisher’s towel or giveaway, a finisher’s medal, a digital training pack, and an online certificate of completion. Packets do not require in-person pickup because most swag is shipped. Organisers will email final race details and course maps in advance.
