Empower the Exceptional 5K - 9th Annual
The Empower the Exceptional 5K is a 9th annual 5K and fun run held in Memphis on September 19, 2026. The event invites participants to walk, run, or roll in superhero costume to raise funds for empowering exceptional individuals in the Memphis community and beyond. Courses are ADA compliant.
