Format, timing and services
The event uses staggered waves with a cap per wave; waves are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and late runners may start on arrival. Timing is optional: participants may self-record using running apps and submit results for posting, and the event does not use timing chips. Organizers provide race bibs on race day.
Swag and delivery details are specified: running shirts are shipped to the registrant US mailing address (shirts are sent the week of the race), finisher medals and a finisher towel or giveaway are included, and a digital training pack and online certificate of completion are available.
