Event details
The 2nd Annual Lucky 7K & 1M takes place on March 15, 2026, in Chicago, IL. The event offers three options: a 7K, a 1M, and a combined 7K and 1M entry. Listed registration prices are $55 for the 7K, $30 for the 1M, and $64 for the combined entry; prices increase after December 14, 2025. Packet pickup, gear check, and race-day procedures are provided by the organizer. The event is produced by the same team that organized previous winter and Halloween road races in the area.
Location and race features
The races are held in Grant Park at Arvey Field, address 1501 S Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60605. The course maps are available for both distances. Registered participants receive a lucky 7K themed unisex T-shirt and a finisher's medal; sizes are requested at registration. Post-race offerings include a corned beef slider at the finish and a post-race gathering at Weather Mark.
