2nd Annual Lucky 7K & 1M
The 2nd Annual Lucky 7K & 1M takes place on March 15, 2026, in Chicago's Grant Park at Arvey Field (1501 S Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60605). The event program includes a 7 kilometer run, a 1 mile run, and an option to do both.

The inaugural race in 2025 featured a well marked scenic course and on course and finish amenities, including hot food at the finish area. Organizers note the 7K is intended to help participants move into the spring season and maintain training goals.
Packet pickup and gear check are available on race day. Swag for participants includes a lucky 7K themed unisex tee and a finisher's medal; participants are asked to provide unisex sizes. At the finish, a corn beef slider will be available and a post race party is scheduled at Weather Mark. Race bibs serve as a ticket to a free beer.
Course maps are provided for the 1 mile and 7 kilometer routes. Awards will be presented to the top seven overall finishers in the Non Binary, Male, and Female divisions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
