Format and logistics
The event is organized into small, capped waves; waves are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and a wait list or virtual option is available when waves sell out. Timing is optional and there are no timing chips; participants may track time with running apps or request coordinator assistance. Race bibs are provided on race day. Swag is shipped to the registrant’s US mailing address and typically arrives the week of the race. Standard swag includes a running T-shirt, a finisher’s towel or giveaway, a finisher’s medal, and a digital training pack. A technical running shirt is available as an optional upgrade for an additional fee. Virtual participants can complete their run at any time and submit results to receive a medal.
