Chasing Our Dreams : 5K Run/Walk
Chasing Our Dreams is a community 5K run/walk presented by the Palos Baseball Organization at the PBO Fields, 7701 W. College Drive, Palos Heights, Illinois, on Saturday, October 3, 2026. The event is organized as both a fundraiser and a community kickoff for the season. Proceeds primarily support the organization’s 12U teams, and the event aims to bring together families, local residents, and partners.
The course is a USATF 5K certified course. Awards are offered for top overall male and female finishers and for the top three finishers in multiple age-group categories for both males and females. Race-day registration and packet pick up are available at the race site. Pre-race packet pick up is scheduled at Running For Kicks, 7158 West 127th Street, Palos Heights, on two dates in March 2026.
Registration fees vary by date; listed pricing ranges from $40 to $55 depending on registration period. Alternate payment options include Venmo and PayPal using designated promo codes during checkout. A race day shirt is available with a size guarantee for registrations completed by March 5.
