Run for Breast Cancer 5K/10K/13.1 SEATTLE
Run for Breast Cancer is a fundraising road run held at Lincoln Park in Seattle. The event offers multiple distance options and a virtual run. Registration includes mailed swag for U.S. addresses and a race-day bib; timing is optional and there are no timing chips.
Distances available:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half-marathon 13.1
- Family 1 Mile Fun Run
- Virtual run option
The event uses a wave-start system with a cap per wave; waves are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Late arrivals may run on their own; coordinators remain on site for several hours after the first wave. Participants may track time with running apps and submit results for posting, or request coordinator assistance for timing.
Swag and extras include a running T-shirt shipped to the U.S. mailing address provided, an optional technical shirt upgrade, a finisher’s towel or giveaway, a finisher’s medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to join local running clubs. Packet pickup is not required because race shirts and swag are shipped. Fundraising is optional; the event donates one dollar per mile logged after the race to partner charities.
