About the race
Run for Breast Cancer 5K/10K/13.1 ATLANTA takes place on December 12, 2026 at S Peachtree Creek Trail in Decatur, GA. The event includes in-person race options, a virtual run option, and a family 1-mile fun run. It is organized to raise awareness and funds to support those affected by breast cancer. The event is arranged as a smaller, private group run with a cap per wave and waves filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Timing is optional: participants may track their time with apps and submit results for posting, and the event does not use timing chips. Swag is shipped to the mailing address provided (US addresses only); race bibs are provided on race day and shirts are typically mailed the week of the race. A technical running shirt upgrade is available for an additional fee. Registered participants receive a race packet that may include a running T-shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to join local running clubs.
