Event overview
The Bay 5K Series - Race 2 is the second race of the 2026 Bay 5k Series, organised by Aspire X Events and held in Swansea Bay. The series includes three race dates: Race 1 on 16 June 2026, Race 2 on 16 July 2026, and Race 3 on 27 August 2026. There is an option to enter the full series. Series pricing ranges are shown for multi-race bookings: the 5k series is listed at £34.00 to £39.00 and the 3k series at £19.00 to £24.00. An event pack will be available soon.
Race details and location
Each individual race offers two distances:
- 5k distance, described as suited to more experienced runners
- 3k distance, described as ideal for beginners or first timers
The race starts on the beach adjacent to Secret's Bar & Kitchen. The Recreation Ground Car Park is a short walk from the start. Additional parking is available in the surrounding area and charges may apply. The event schedule includes registration, a mandatory race briefing, and an award ceremony.
