Gower Peninsula Ultra Challenge : 17-18 July 2027
The event takes place on the Gower Peninsula in South Wales, with basecamp in the grounds of Penrice Castle. It offers multiple distance options and weekend camping at the basecamp, plus parking and transfers.

- 10 mile
Participants may walk, jog, or run. Additional participation options include a Solo Start option, an Ultra March option, and a Trailblazerz option.
Route and support arrangements include signed routes marked with many pink arrows and glow-sticks at night, GPS tracking via the event app, and a timing system that scans progress at rest stops. Covered rest stops are provided approximately every 12.5 km with larger “major” stops every 25 km; these have marquees, catering, seating, changing rooms, and medical and welfare tents. Food and drink are included: snacks about every 12.5 km, a meal about every 25 km, energy drinks, and dietary options. A hot finishers meal is provided.
Medical provision includes doctors, paramedics, first aiders, podiatrists, and massage teams, plus mobile emergency medical teams coordinated by a 24 hour Control Room. Camping packages offer a roughly 50 km campsite with showers and chill-out areas, or a pitch-your-own option. Finishers receive a medal, a T-shirt, a glass of fizz, and a downloadable certificate.
