The Battle of the Run Clubs is a team cross-country challenge held at Stable View in Aiken, South Carolina on January 24, 2026. The event offers races at the following distances:
- 10 Mile
- 10k
- 5k
Entry fees are listed as $38.50 per event. Registration accepts both teams and individual entrants. Packet pickup and check-in are available on race day. Awards will be presented after the races and the winning team will have its name engraved on a perpetual trophy displayed at Stable View.
Team format and amenities
Runners register individually and supply a team or club name during registration. Individuals may register as "Free Agent"; organizers will combine Free Agents into mixed teams if needed. Races are scored by finishing place (1st = 1 point, 2nd = 2 points, etc.). Team scores use the top four placings from each team, with the lowest total score determining the winner. Additional team members do not add to the team score but can affect other teams' placings. Teams may be single gender or mixed across distances. Onsite amenities include food provided by StableView's Graze and Gaze, lawn games, showers, and adult beverages available at cost in the Tavern. Lodging and RV hookups are available at Stable View.
