Event Overview
The Pirate running event in Augusta offers four race distances: 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon. All races are scheduled for a Saturday in April.

The event takes place at the Mill Village Trailhead in Augusta, Georgia, at 109 Eve St. Parking is available at the trailhead and by Ann Boardman Park. Participants must register online beforehand; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the start of the races.
Course Details
The courses are designed as out-and-back loops on a trail. The shorter course is 3.11 miles (1.56 miles each way). The longer course is 3.28 miles (1.64 miles each way).
- 5K: Completes the 3.11-mile loop once.
- 10K: Completes the 3.11-mile loop twice.
- Half Marathon: Completes the 3.28-mile loop four times.
- Marathon: Completes the 3.28-mile loop eight times.
A six-hour time limit applies to the course.
