Event Overview
The Swim Run Done Aquathalon is an aquathlon event in St Johns, Florida. It consists of a sequence of two disciplines: a half-mile swim followed by a 5K (3.1-mile) run. The event is hosted by Tri with Skye and Ultimate Racing Inc.
Participation & Awards
The race has a participant cap of 200 athletes. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group awards are also presented for the top three male and female finishers in categories ranging from 19 & under to 70 & over.
Logistics & Schedule
The event takes place at Beachwalk. A transition area is provided between the swim and run segments, though using it is not mandatory. Athletes must run through the transition area to record split times. Timing chips are worn on the right ankle, and race-provided swim caps and bibs must be worn during the run portion.
