Logistics for participants include on-site packet pickup on race day that closes shortly before the race, and a requirement to register in advance through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The event setup is next to the skatepark at 11751 McCormick Rd. Overflow parking is located near the soccer fields at the back of the park.
